Most orders ship in 5 to 7 business days. We primarily ship through the U.S. Postal service, but occasionally will utilize UPS to ship heavier packages.
Scrapbook Chicks is not responsible for packages lost by the U. S. Postal Service. We use USPS because it provides the most reliable shipping at the best price, but are not responsible for items lost by the Postal Service.
